Program Evaluation Findings: How School Staff Use Building Dreams and What Supports or Limits Implementation

The findings show encouraging themes: staff view the training as valuable, many are using the platform regularly, and flexible implementation strategies are helping schools adapt Building Dreams to fit their unique needs. At the same time, the feedback also highlights important opportunities—like increasing accessibility, strengthening administrator buy-in, and expanding incentives that help drive student engagement.
