In this blog post, we share key implementation findings from school staff on how Building Dreams is being used in daily practice, what makes the training effective, and the factors that support or limit success in the classroom.
The findings show encouraging themes: staff view the training as valuable, many are using the platform regularly, and flexible implementation strategies are helping schools adapt Building Dreams to fit their unique needs. At the same time, the feedback also highlights important opportunities—like increasing accessibility, strengthening administrator buy-in, and expanding incentives that help drive student engagement.
