Edreece Redmond

EDREECE REDMOND is a seasoned operations executive with more than two decades of
leadership experience spanning education, nonprofit management, and workforce solutions.
He currently serves as Assistant Director of Administrative Operations at Purdue University in
Indianapolis, where he leads the integration of cross-campus processes, strategic initiatives,
and operational planning in collaboration with academic and administrative leaders. Prior to joining Purdue, Edreece served as Executive Director of the Center for Innovative Education Solutions (CIES), where he developed and executed an operational support model for schools and led a $20 million bond financing effort to help a school expand its educational facility portfolio. His earlier career included 10 years with Tindley Accelerated Schools, where he served in senior leadership, including Chief Operations Officer and Interim CEO. In these roles he directed multimillion-dollar budgets, eliminated substantial facility debt, and advanced capital improvement projects. A native of Flint, Michigan, Edreece holds a B.A. in Sociology from Albion College and an M.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Appointed by the Mayor, Edreece serves on the Indianapolis Board of Public Works and the Board of the Fathers and Families Center in Indianapolis. A graduate of United Way’s Leadership United program, Edreece is deeply committed to community advancement and equity in education. Outside of his professional endeavors, Edreece finds joy in family life. He and his wife are the proud parents of three children who inspire his ongoing commitment to building strong, opportunity-rich communities. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys running and outdoor activities, and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
