What Stress Does To Your Body

Americans are some of the most stressed-out people in the world. But according to UCSF’s Dr. Elissa Epel, not all #stress is the same.

Hint: It’s all about “how” you react to the things that stress you out.

Elissa studies stress and how the cells in our body react to it. It turns out that stress can play a major role in how quickly (or slowly) we age.
