Fight for Life Foundation Earns Best Paper Award at MWDSI Conference

The Fight for Life Foundation research team is happy to announce that we have received the Best Paper award for the Midwest Decision Science Institute Conference 2022! A big thank you to the group for everyone’s contributions, especially Butler University Graduate Student Nathan Lashbrook, who took on this project on late notice and dedicated himself to produce the work that is being positively recognized by the research community. This conference had over 80 data analytics papers using state-of-the-art techniques. We know the impact of this work and the data analytics community is in agreement. The impact and novelty of the approach is undeniable. 

The research team will now be invited to compete at the international level at the Decision Science Institute conference in November and we look forward to further representing Butler University, Indiana University, and the Fight for Life Foundation!
