Fight for Life is Preparing for Growth

Building organizational competency and capacity for the purpose of scaling the Building Dreams program is currently an area of focus. As the Fight for Life Foundation enters another level of maturity as an organization, we’ve identified 2 key areas of focus listed below, that will adequately prepare the Software as Service non-profit organization for a successful scale:

1. Through tech consultation we will engage in tech consulting services with Sohndi Solutions.

2. Through a marketing communications & relations consulting relationship, we will engage Universe Conspired to establish our CRM infrastructure through salesforce integration.

As an EdTech Software As Service provider on a mission to help underserved youth develop the Social and Emotional qualities needed for success, we recognize the importance of technological competency in the areas of Software As Service best practices and compliance in EdTech. Understanding the intricacies of data compliance in relation to FERPA, HIPPA, and IDEA are extremely important. Normally this responsibility would reside with the Chief Technological Officer of a SaaS company, understanding our gap, has led us to filling this capacity need by contracting with Sohndi Solutions. Sondhi Solutions is a certified Minority Owned Business with the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis and was founded in 2009 by Jason Sondhi. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, Sondhi Solutions provides IT consulting and staffing to over 70 partners throughout the Midwest. Establishing our relations with Sohndi Solutions adds another level of competency and sophistication to our already talented group of operational collaborators. Our data security, storage, protocols, future staffing, and systems optimization, will all be planned, developed, and maintained through our relationship with Sohndi Solutions.

As we scale through digital marketing, strategic initiatives, and organic growth, having an efficient and well-connected communications and relations management infrastructure is essential. Understanding our operational gaps led us to establishing a consultant relationship with Universe Conspired; their mission is to make world-class technology platforms accessible to non-profits and small businesses that provide products and services to underserved communities. Universe Conspired has been in operation since 2018. Since their inception, they have conducted over (10) Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce NPSP projects. Also, Universe Conspired holds over (6) Salesforce certifications held by staff members. As a small business with tremendous scalability, it is vital that Fight for Life has the digital infrastructure needed to store, manage, automate and optimize our internal and external communications and relations. The objective for the Universe Conspired partnership is to create a client onboarding application within SFDC that will increase productivity by automating workflow processes, internal communication, and client communication.
